The schoolkids who won the ´Jaguar School Contest´ enjoyed a day in nature and visited the Puerto Peninsula Provincial Park and the Iguazú National Park, within the framework of the Jaguar Campaign, which was promoted in 2007 by the Ministry of Ecology of Misiones Province, the National Parks Administration and Fundación Vida Silvestre Argentina (Argentine Wildlife Foundation).
This “day in nature” was the prize that the group of the winning authors received. The recognition of this collective work was possible thanks to the collaboration that was offered by the concessionaire Iguazú Argentina (UTE), the companies Iguazú Jungle Explorer, Duty Free Shop and Cuenca del Plata, whose contributions allowed this unforgettable day for the children to happen.
The visit of the students and teachers of the Schools N° 256 of Campo Ramón, N° 351 of 25 de Mayo, N° 76 of Posadas and N° 448 of Oberá started in Puerto Peninsula Provincial Park, where the visitors received a warm welcome from the park rangers, who later on, together with the Iguazú National Park park rangers, accompanied the students and teachers to the Iguazú Falls. A combination of joy, laughter and amazement were the sensations shared by young and `old´ during the walks and activities. 
“These children will never forget this” you could continuously hear the teachers say while their pupils made plaster casts of animal footprints in the provincial park, walked across the fall’s bridges and undertook an adventure in rubber boats on the fall’s waters. For the majority of the almost 70 children it was their first time visiting Iguazú.
