The schoolkids who won the ´Jaguar School Contest´ enjoyed a day in nature and visited the Puerto Peninsula Provincial Park and the Iguazú National Park, within the framework of the Jaguar Campaign, which was promoted in 2007 by the Ministry of Ecology of Misiones Province, the National Parks Administration and Fundación Vida Silvestre Argentina (Argentine Wildlife Foundation). A jaguar has been relocated in the Esmeralda Provincial Park. On Wednesday 26 of September 2007 a relocated female jaguar was captured (orden), that from June on had attacked cattle in a property that lies next to the Salto Encantado Provincial Park, in Ruiz de Montoya, Misiones.
